Enhancements:
* Fixed compatibility issue with Lookout 1.3
* Download and attach images to message (bypass Outlook image security blocking).
* Added RSS 2.0 media support (Podcast)
* Added an option to to import OPML feeds to separate folders, even if they are not in the OPML.
* Improved handling of item's GUID - Allow two items to use the same link
